Why you should undertake a Fire Risk Assessment:

  • You have a legal requirement under existing legislation
  • The new Fire Safety Reform (England) Order 2005 came into force in October 2006, placing greater emphasis on fire risk assessment and management within your organisation.

  • Fire safety and awareness training programmes.

The findings of the site visit will be presented in the report we send you, which clearly identifies:

  • Suitable and sufficient controls already in place;
  • Inadequate controls found;
  • Recommended actions to address identified inadequacies and the relevant action priority;
  • A residual fire risk assessment rating (i.e. the level of risk that remains when suitable control measures have been implemented.)
