An employee assistance programme, or EAP, is there to protect, support and increase productivity to your staff members. An employee can arrange a face-to-face session with an EAP clinical counsellor on the spot without having a contract with us, and we also offer EAP referral services for employees and their immediate family. Our EAP call centre offers free 24/7 counselling, critical incident advice and telephone support.
